Current Conditions:

Feels Like: -8°F
Wind:  South @ 9 mph
Humidity: 54%
Pressure: 1031.3 mb ê

Hopefully this will be the last day of the most recent deep freeze! We are currently experiencing the predicted final day of the cold streak we have been experiencing. A warm front is moving across the Dakotas and is expected to bring temperatures into the 30s in the days ahead. Currently, clear skies and a south wind are still bringing cold air to us, but with the current warm front moving towards us the south wind should start to bring warm air from the tropical air masses to the north. This will also lead to the high chance of snowy precipitation we should expect to see over the next few days.

The high pressure system affecting our area is currently leading to clear skies and chilly temperatures. This is expected to change, however, as a warm front is moving across the country towards us!

Current chilly temperatures are expected to change, which will be aided by prevailing south winds bringing warmer air masses upwards to the Midwest.
