Current Conditions:
Temperature: -1°F
Feels Like: -17°F
Wind:  Southwest @ 10 mph
Humidity: 62%
Pressure: 1027.0 mb ê

Another chilly day on campus. Clear skies persisted yesterday, until later in the evening when a very light dusting of snow fell. Pressure has continued to decrease as a low pressure system to our north continues to effect us while a large, but rather weak, high pressure system moves from the west and south. The lasting cold streak has also been influenced by the polar jet stream. It has also been mostly sunny with a persistent wind out of the west. We should expect one more cold day as this high pressure system effects us from the west. The cold is supposed to break heading into Saturday though.

While the jet stream is still effecting us, it appears as though winds from the south are going to prevail and provide a period of warming for the Midwest.
